Drop guide

Drop gives you a public page with your Flash and an agent that looks after your clients for you: it answers their questions, collects what they want tattooed, offers them real slots from your calendar and holds the one they pick. You confirm each appointment from the app and only step in when needed.

Searches the titles, summaries and sections of every article.

Where each thing is done

Drop has two places: the app (iPhone and iPad) and the website (drop.ink). In the app you manage the day to day from five tabs: Home, Chats, Calendar, Projects and Flash. Your clients open from the Clients card on Home, and your agenda, your assistant, your plan, your profile, your locations with their hours, your deposits, your consent, your notifications, your calendar link and your account are in Home → Settings. On the iPad, Chats, Projects and Clients show the list and the detail at once, and Calendar shows the month and the day's bookings. On the website are your public page and, under Your account, your email and password, your plan and top-ups, your billing, your deposits, your calendar link, the AI permission, your data export and account deletion.
