What exactly is Drop?
An AI calendar and CRM built for independent tattoo artists, not studios. You share a public link; the AI interviews the client, keeps the references and offers times from your calendar. You approve from the iOS app.
Does my client need to download anything?
No. Your client opens your page in the browser, chats, uploads references and pre-books. The iOS app is just for you.
Does it sync with my calendar?
Yes, with Google Calendar from the Starter plan. The AI only offers slots that are free within your working hours.
Can I take the deposit up front?
On the Pro plan you connect your Stripe account and the deposit is charged when the appointment is confirmed. The money goes straight to you; we don't hold it.
What are AI credits?
Every AI conversation uses credits. Your plan includes a monthly allowance and, on paid plans, you can top up from €5 when you have a busy month. There is automatic top-up too.
Does it work for a studio with several artists?
Today it is built for independent artists: one calendar, one link, one voice. If you share a space with other people, each artist can have their own account.
