What data Drop processes, whose, what for and what you can do about it: of the artists who use the app and of the clients who write to them.
Who is responsible
Their details are under «Entity details», at the end of this page, and the privacy email is where to exercise your rights.
What data we process
The artist's account and profile, their calendar and bookings, and their clients' data: contact details, conversations, the images they send and their projects. Of their age, only the bracket the client chooses when the chat begins (18 or over, or 16 or 17: we do not serve anyone under 16) and, if the artist or the consent form records it, their date of birth.
What for and on what basis
To provide the service to the artist, look after their clients and keep the platform safe, with the legal basis of each use.
Push notifications
When there is something the artist needs to see, such as a message or a change to a booking, the notification that reaches their iPhone carries the client's name and the day of the appointment, and travels through Apple's notification service (APNs). The final text will explain this processing and how to turn it off in Settings.
Who it is shared with
The providers that process data on Drop's behalf (hosting, artificial intelligence, email, payments and notifications) and where they do it.
How long it is kept
The retention periods and what happens to the data when an account is deleted.

Access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection, and how to exercise them.
