How Drop's AI works
Entity details pending
On an artist's page, the one answering you in the chat is an AI agent working on their behalf. This is what it does, what it does not do, and what happens to what you tell it.
Who answers you
The agent talks to you on behalf of the artist: it takes in your idea, offers slots from their calendar and prepares the project. The artist reviews and approves it; nothing is confirmed without them. When the agent cannot resolve something, or you ask for it, the conversation passes to the artist and we tell you so.
What it does not do
It gives no medical advice: if you have health questions it points you to the artist and to a professional. It charges nothing and confirms nothing on its own.
What happens to what you write
The messages and images you send make up your conversation with that artist, and only the two of you see them. They are used to answer you and prepare your project, not to train models. You can ask for them to be deleted by writing to the artist or to support.
