Words Drop uses

Agent: the artificial intelligence that looks after your clients on your behalf. In the app it is called AI assistant.

Conversation: the single place where all the messages between you and a client live. It can cover several projects.

Project: one specific tattoo a client gets with you, from the inquiry until it is done.

Booking: a session with a date, time and place within a project.

Slot: a free stretch of your calendar that the agent can offer.

Hold: a slot the agent keeps for a client until the artist confirms or rejects it; if nobody answers within the time the artist sets, it is released.

Hours: the hours of a normal week in which you tattoo at a location. Slots come from them.

Block: time in which you cannot tattoo even though your hours say you can: a whole day or a few hours. It always wins: where there is a block, no slot is offered.

Extra hours: hours you open at a location on a specific day, whether your week has it open or closed.

Handover: when the agent passes the conversation to you because it cannot go on.

Needs you: a conversation waiting for a reply from you.

Location: a place where you tattoo on certain dates; your studio or a guest spot.

Guest spot: a temporary location away from your studio.

Flash: a design already drawn that you offer to tattoo.

Price from: the fixed minimum of a piece or project.

Reference: an image or flash of a project that explains what the client wants: the photos the client sends, or the ones the artist adds from the project or from any photo in the chat.

Review: a rating from 0.5 to 5 stars plus text that a client leaves when a project is completed.

Handle: your name in the link drop.ink/@handle.

Unlisted: a page that only opens with the link and does not appear in the directory or in search engines. The opposite is Public.

Grace period: the days in which something deleted can still be restored (14 for accounts and clients).

Archive: removing a conversation from the list without deleting it; it switches the agent off in it and stops notifying you about its messages.

Top-up: extra credits you buy on drop.ink; they do not expire.

Deposit: an advance payment that completes an appointment you have already accepted.

Consent: a document the client signs before the first session.
