On any plan, Zero included, you buy credits when you need them, at €0.50 a credit, in 4 packs. Top-up credits do not expire while your account is active.

Automatic top-up, on Trace and Ink
Pick a threshold and a pack: when your balance drops below it, it tops up by itself with your card. You set a monthly spending cap, every top-up is notified and, if the card fails, it turns itself off and we let you know.
AI credits
What a credit is
Your agent spends credits every time it answers. A conversation uses about one credit, and a very long one a little more: that is why each plan says how many conversations fit in its month.
Your plan's credits are spent first; they renew every month and do not roll over. Top-up credits come after.
If you run out of credits, the agent stops answering and hands the conversation to you. Your client never hears the word «credit».
Questions about pricing
Is there a free trial?
There is no need for one: Zero is free forever and asks for no card. Start there and upgrade when your calendar asks for it.
What happens when I upgrade?
The upgrade is immediate: you pay the prorated part of what is left of the period and get the difference in credits for this month straight away.
And if I downgrade or cancel?
The change applies at the end of the period you already paid for. If your Flash does not fit the new plan, you choose which flashes stay visible; the rest are hidden and you have 30 days to upgrade again before they are deleted.
How does the yearly plan work?
You pay once a year the price of 10 months: 2 months free. Credits are granted every month, as on the monthly plan.
Do prices include VAT?
No: prices exclude VAT, and your country's is added at checkout. The invoice carries your tax details and you download it from your account.
Can I top up credits on Zero?
Yes. The top-up packs are for every plan: you pay once, with an invoice in your name, and the credits do not expire while your account is active. The automatic top-up comes with Trace and Ink.
Can I pay from the app?
Your plan and top-ups are managed on the web, in your account. The app shows your plan and what you have used.
What if a renewal payment fails?
We let you know and the payment is retried for a week. If it still cannot be charged, your account moves to Zero: the flashes that do not fit Zero are hidden and you have 30 days to go back to a paid plan before they are deleted.
